Great service, competitive price and the installers went above and beyond. We unfortunately found an electrical cable dangling in the way of the door that was to be installed - the crew stayed back until 6 pm to finish the job, not rushing any part. Enertec retrofitted double-glazed windows and doors to the sunroom of our 1940's weatherboard home. Our experience - right from the informative measure-up by Frances to the expert installation by Jesse and his team of Geoff, Adam, Ambrose (and Harley) - was nothing but positive. The retrofit was not at all straightforward as nothing was square, but Jesse and the boys didn't bat an eyelid and undertook the installation with great skill finished off with top-quality carpentry. They even worked back till 6pm one day to get the glass in when rain threatened. The end result has greatly improved both the energy efficiency and the appearance of our sunroom. While trying to find a supplier in my new build, I had tried a few upvc companies. Enertec was a touch pricier than their competitors but the service was absolutely superb. I had 3 amendments from the council that needed changing and their office staff had it done and sent back within 15mins. They produced and supplied with great timing to by build time line. I’d like to personally thank Frances for the constant communication and Leigh for everything technical from initial technical specs to helping the builder with the final finishes and waterproofing specs. I recently engaged Enertec to replace some large balcony sliding doors with uPVC window/doors on the second floor of my townhouse (on a main road) - to reduce noise.
Before engaging Enertec I had lots of questions and concerns and Rudi was professional and great in providing details and answering all my concerns prior to installation.
The installation went really well with the frames being lifted over the balcony, with no damage to anything and the guys on site were very professional.

After installing the new windows in our ski lodge up at Mt Buller, I wanted to do some testing to see the difference that the UPVC double glazed windows actually make. I ran a few tests over a few nights, heating the room up to 20 degrees at 12:00am and then checking the temp at 9:00am the next day to see how many degrees the room had fallen. Over night temps were typically 3 degrees outside for all the nights tested. Pre windows the temp was 10 degrees the next morning, so lost 10 degrees over 9 hours. After installing the new windows I did the same test. The room was 18 degrees. So only lost 2 degrees of temperature. At first I thought it must have been a fluke or maybe the heater turned on and changed the results so I conducted the test again. Exact same results. These windows really do make a huge difference.

I’m in the process of changing every window in my home to Enertec windows. This is the second house that I have used Enertec windows throughout. Firstly, the windows and doors are superbly engineered and fitted out with quality finishes. Soundproof, and very secure. The temperature inside the house with Entertec windows and doors is very constant, with the whole house only dropping a degree or two overnight. With solar graded glass, different tints, glass to reduce noise. Excellent service and advice from the staff. The staff are a pleasure to have in my house whilst installing new windows and doors. New innovations are introduced regularly from European innovation and improvements in Australian standards in glass. Wide range of colours in trims - never have to paint again!
